Usability Testing

As part of Usability testing we measure usability, that is give a close-up look at an individual customer’s experience while navigating a site or software application - to perform a typical task or functionality.
The results from usability testing help to identify critical areas of a Web site, intranet site, or software application that need redesign.  Improving the usability of software, Web sites, intranets and eBusiness applications has proven to increase customer satisfaction and retention while decreasing development and support costs.

We provide a complete range of services for progressive testing of software applications. We can help you plan usability testing throughout the system life cycle. The emphasis is on practicality and low-cost approaches. Testing confirms the appropriateness of design, minimizing the need for recoding and redevelopment. We use a variety of testing techniques to match the deliverable being refined and the type of feedback needed. We apply our knowledge and practical experience from the design of hundreds of interfaces to use this data as the basis for very specific design recommendations. We do not just identify an ergonomic bug; we recommend specific solutions.

Key feature:
Our rapid approach has minimal effect on development schedule
We emphasize a low-cost approach
We effectively interpret the data
Test metrics with design recommendations
Our experienced specialists save you time and money
Remote Usability Testing
Usability testing is the acid test of interface design. However, classical usability testing is not always feasible because of the cost factor. It also requires a physical facility and technical infrastructure, as well as the necessity to travel to the various testing locations.
Remote Usability Testing (RUT) is the breakthrough to counter such problem scenarios. We successfully run tests in other countries, across different time zones – all this from the sophisticated testing lab in our office. RUT is the preferred testing method.
